From the studio
We are a three-person studio and we have never made a physical thing before. A petition is how we find out whether enough of you want one before anybody spends money they cannot get back.
If it does not reach three hundred, you get your pledge back and we will have learned something. That seems like a fair trade.
Quarry Run is a small game with a loyal server, and asking that server for the full price of a plush before one exists is a big first ask. So this is the smaller one: pledge, and if enough people do, we design it.
Nothing has been sampled and nothing has been drawn. What exists today is a character in a game and a number that decides whether it becomes an object. If the number is reached, Nine Yard Studio and our pattern-makers start work and a full campaign opens with real photography, a real price and a real ship window.
If it is not reached, every pledge is refunded in full and nothing is made. That is the same promise every campaign on this site carries, at a smaller amount and an earlier stage.
Every row marked undecided is undecided. We would rather leave it blank than print a number that changes.
