For creators
We design the plush, pay for the run, sell it and ship it. You approve the design and tell your audience. Game studios, solo developers, YouTubers, VTubers, streamers and illustrators — if people know your characters, this works the same way.
You pick the character. We make the pattern and a sample. Nothing goes live until you have approved it.
One price, one closing date, on a page built in your own visual identity. The unit count against the floor is on that page for the whole window.
Over the floor, we manufacture the number ordered. Under it, nothing is made and every backer is refunded in full.
Players pre-order at full price during a fixed window. It runs if the floor is met. For a game with an audience large enough to fill a run.
Players pledge a small refundable amount. If enough pledge, the plush is made and a full campaign opens. For a smaller audience, or to measure demand before committing to a run.
Factories have a minimum order quantity. Below it the per-unit cost roughly doubles. The floor is that number, set before ordering opens and printed on the page.
Nothing is manufactured. Every backer is refunded in full to their original payment method. There is no partial run and no substitute product. The page stays up.
Nothing in money. We fund design, sampling, tooling, manufacturing, freight and the storefront.
You own the character. We licence it for one campaign. The pattern is documented and stays with the character if we stop working together. This is in the agreement.
Months, not weeks — sampling, production and freight. The window is agreed with you and printed on the page before orders open. If it slips, we email every backer.
Run a petition. Players pledge a refundable amount instead of the full price, and a full campaign opens only if enough of them do.
